Yoga Studio Taps The Power Of Music


New Class, Thursdays 9:30AM

LED Ashtanga (short Forms Version)

This class will guide you through a short forms version of The Primary Series including some back-bends from The Intermediate Series. It will include explanation of correct alignment and use of the breath with sound (Ujjahi Breath) Believing in a non-aggressive approach, the teacher will carefully meet each student's needs. All practicing yogis are welcome!

We are dedicated to making a better life for those in our community living with mental health disorders and their families through support, education and advocacy. We provide free classes, support groups and much more.
