This is a playful flow that allow you to get a bit funky with traditional postures, break away from the ‘normal’ yoga mould, move freely and authentically in your body to simply find what feels good! Sounds yummy, right? (Level 2+)
Flow & Restore
Flow & Restore offers a steady nourishing flow that leads to to rejuvenation through restorative yoga poses. A yin and yang practice to bring you into balance. (Level 1-2)
flow & stretch
Suitable for all levels. Flow & Stretch is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. (Level 0-1)
Flow & Surrender
Flow & Surrender offers a steady nourishing flow that leads to rejuvenation through restorative yoga poses. A yin and yang practice to bring you into balance.
(short Forms Version)
This class will guide you through a short forms version of The Primary Series including some back-bends from The Intermediate Series. It will include explanation of correct alignment and use of the breath with sound (Ujjahi Breath) Believing in a non-aggressive approach, the teacher will carefully meet each student's needs. All practicing yogis are welcome!
Movement & Meditation
This class focuses on moving the stagnant energy out of the body. You will flow slowly with intention and mindfulness of the self. Moving with the intention to cultivate awareness of our bodies and release the stuck energy from the week. You will begin your practice with a guided meditation and end with Reiki during Savasana.
Restorative Yoga is designed to do just that - Restore the body. Using various props, the teacher will guide you into a deep relaxing state while moving energy through the entire body. Chakras are balanced, breath is guided, and the physical body is opened. All can enjoy this beautiful class. (Level 0-1)
Deeply healing yoga class with various yogic styles and philosophies to provide deep rest and relaxation for the mind, body and spirit. Class may include restorative poses, yin inspired, gentle Asana, breath-work, mantra and meditation. An extremely gentle class to clear your mind and relax your body, and is appropriate for all levels offering the perfect balance to a more active practice. This class will help to heal your body, mind, and spirit.
Yin yoga targets the body's connective tissue. This is a slower paced class with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus. (All Levels)
